MMR and Meningococcal Immunization Requirement
|
Requires new full-time students to submit proof of two measles, mumps, and rubella vaccines (MMR) if born after January 1, 1957. Requires all new on campus housing students to submit proof of a meningococcal vaccine or booster within the past five years or must sign a waiver stating they understand the potential risks association with meningitis. Student Health Services places a hold on student accounts census date of the first semester for those students not meeting this requirements. |
