Each fall the UCCS Compliance Office in conjunction with UCCS Ethics Committee plans the annual Ethics First event. Ethics education is a critical piece of our campus culture. Because of the incredible sponsorship of the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative we have been able to bring in incredible speakers that have focused on each of our Ethical Values -

  2. Stephen Covey, spoke about trust.
  3. L&E, did improv to teach the campus about respect.
  4. And Sam Silverstein spoke about accountability.
